Health Data Privacy Notice
OnSite First does not collect, use, share or sell consumer health data.
Some state laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut, require businesses that handle consumer health data to publish this notice. We publish it so you know where we stand.
What we collect
Our product is a list of City of Chicago building permits for construction businesses. To run it we collect only what is in our Privacy Policy: your email address, the trade you pick, and billing details handled by Stripe. None of this is health data.
What we never do
- We never ask about your health, body, medical care or medications.
- We never infer health information from what you do on our site.
- We never use health information to target ads, and our advertising tools (which only run if you opt in) are not set up to collect it.
- We never sell health data, because we do not have any.
If you send us health information
If you include health information in an email to us, we will not use or share it, and we will delete it if you ask.
